The latest of these arrests took place this morning, when Hamidreza Borhani and his wife Zeinab Akbari were arrested during a raid on their home. Another Christian woman, Moluk Ruhani, was also detained today, while two other Christians, Sepideh Morshedi and Mohammad Taslimi, were arrested yesterday. All five Christians are understood to have been transferred to the “Alef Ta” ward of Isfahan’s Dastgerd Prison, which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Intelligence.
